Explanation of product availability as it appears on our e-shop product pages.

 -         In stock: The product is in stock in our warehouse. Shipment is done within 1-3 business days.

-         Available to ship 1 - 3 days, Available to ship 4 - 7 days, Available to ship 10 - 15 days. The product is not in stock in our warehouse. The delivery time is the time indicated by the respective supplier for delivery of the product from the supplier's warehouse to our warehouse. Shipping of your order is done within 1-2 business days from receipt. The indicated time is not binding and may be modified by the supplier without prior notice. In the exceptional case that the delivery time of your order differs from the indicated one, you will be informed accordingly by phone or e-mail.

-         Out of stock. The product is not in stock in our warehouse. You can place an order for “out of stock” products. After receiving an order we will come in contact with our supplier’s network and inform you accordingly for the delivery time. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Please note that suppliers may occasionally halt or completely stop the production of a product without prior notice.
