Returns policy/Right of withdrawal

Before dispatching each order, our quality control team ensures that you receive the items in excellent condition. However, in case you notice any defect, you can request an exchange. Please arrange the delivery of defective products within 5 business days from the day of receipt.

For your own convenience, you are advised to check carefully the packaging of the products at the time of delivery in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). In such a case, please contact us at the same or next business day via e-mail at [email protected] or call us on +30 2610 240263.

You can return the products within 14 days from the day of delivery, for any reason, for a refund. Returned goods should be in their original condition (packaging, case, labels, etc.) and without any damage or loss. Please include commercial invoice in the package.

Customers are responsible for return costs, except in case of defective products. You are advised to use a registered mail service. Refund will be processed after the products have been checked.

Colour differences between the product and the website image do not consist a defect and may be due to lighting conditions during photo shoot or colour rendering of your screen.
