Returns policy/Right of withdrawal


Thank you for shopping with Eyeconcept.gr. We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisified, you can return any purchases made online (including reduced items) or request an exchange with 14 days of receipt.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returned goods should be in their original condition (packaging, case, cloth, labels etc.) without any damage or loss. Please include the commercial invoice in the package. 
  • Made to order and customised items cannot be returned (ex. eyeglasses' lenses manufactured with the customer's perscription). 
  • Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the client, except in case of defective products. You are advised to use a registered mail service. When returning an order from Greece, you can use ACS courier service. The return shipment cost is in this case 2.5 €.  The amount will be deducted from your original refund accordingly. In order to use this option, it is necessary to inform Eyeconcept in advance with one of the above mentioned ways (online return form, e-mail or telephone).

  • Please allow  1-3 business days from the day of receipt for the refund to be processed.
  • Your refund will be be credited to the original payment method. If you have paid with cash on delivery, we will issue a refund in the form of bank deposit. Please provide us with your IBAN number either on the online return form or via e-mail, stating you order number and name. In case you have used Paypal, paypal commission is not refundable, therefore an amount of 5% of your total will be withheld from the final refund amount. 
  • Refunds and exchanges can be done in the physical store without any additional charge. 



EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • You can exchange any product that is in its original condition (packaging, case, cloth, labels etc.) without any damage or loss. Please include the commercial invoice in the package.

    We are happy to put the item you wish to purchase on hold until we receive your shipment. 

  • When there is a price difference, we can either refund or offer a store credit (with no time limit). When the new order’s price exceeds the existing’s order price, we will issue a supplementary order.
  • We are happy to offer you the first exchange for FREE (without any shipping costs) within Greece, for all orders over 100 €. In case you need to make a second exchange or request a refund, you will be responsible for the shipment costs, as in the case of Returns.  For international shipments, exchange shipment costs are the responsibility of the client. 


Faulty items 

Before dispatching each order, our quality control team ensures that you receive the items in excellent condition. However, in case you notice any defect, you can request an exchange or refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt.Colour differences between the product and the website image do not consist a defect and may be due to lighting conditions during photo shoot or colour rendering of your screen.
