Delivery in Greece

Eyeconcept guarantees fast delivery in Greece through ACS courier service provider.

Eyeconcept offers Free delivery for all orders over 50 €.

For orders of less than 50 € the delivery cost is 2.5 €.

Dispatch time depends on product availability. Products that appear “In stock” are usually dispatched the next business day. Delivery time ranges between 1 to 3 business days for Greece mainland. For remote destinations and/or parcel weight exceeding 2 kg delivery time can increase and additional delivery charges may apply. In this case, our team will contact you and inform you accordingly.

Delivery in Cyprus

You can choose standard delivery with ELTA (Hellenic post) with registered mail or express delivery with ACS courier service.

Standard delivery: Delivery cost is 17 € (up to 2kg) and delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Express delivery: Delivery cost is 27 € (up to 2kg) and delivery time is up to 2 business days.

International Delivery

We offer wordwide shipment. 

Europe

Delivery in European countries is done with ELTA (Hellenic Post) with registered mail. The delivery cost is 17 € (up to 2kg) and delivery time can vary between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.

Rest of the world

Delivery in the rest of the world is done with ELTA (Hellenic Post) with registered mail. The delivery cost is 17 € (up to 2kg). Please e-mail us at [email protected] or call us on +30 2610 240263 to inform you about delivery times.

We aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, however we are not responsible for delays due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.) or custom clearance delays.


Order Tracking 

After you have successfuly placed an order you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.
